Lookout Mountain Threads is a custom workroom nestled in Northwest Georgia — atop Lookout Mountain, where the ridgeline meets the sky. Every piece leaves this workroom with the care and precision that only hand-finished construction can provide.
We work with homeowners, decorators, and anyone who appreciates what thoughtfully made soft furnishings bring to a room.

We specialize in the soft goods that give a room its soul — the drape of a properly lined drapery panel, the precision of a knife-edged pillow, the quiet elegance of a flat roman shade that folds cleanly every time. Trade pricing is available for design professionals.
Throw pillows, euro shams, and bolsters in knife edge, simple welt, flanged, or plain styles. Sized to your specification.
Tailored, gathered, box-pleat, or scalloped. Standard 14"–16" drop with split corners and platform included. All sizes through California King.
Flat and relaxed styles up to 60" wide. Inside or outside mount at no extra charge. Lining upgrades available — interlining, blackout.
Made in the heading style that suits your space — pinch pleat, goblet pleat, and others. Any fabric, up to 108" in length, priced per width.
Headboards, ottomans, benches, and custom cushions. Small upholstery work handled with the same precision as our soft goods.

From first inquiry to final delivery, we keep the process straightforward and the communication clear. Turnaround is 4–6 weeks from approved measurements and fabric.

We provide a formal quote covering labor, with guidance on yardage needs and any fabric sourcing through our trade accounts.
A 50% deposit on fabric and 50% on labor is required before cutting begins. No surprises — everything is agreed in advance.
Your pieces arrive finished, and ready to install. Every item is inspected before it leaves the workroom.
